We have found in the interest of cost saving, our approach offers a great experience for clients and for Your Rooms.
It's not for everyone, and there is a reason that the big companies charge so much, they need to cover lots of overheads.
We keep it simple, honest and our feedback has been "refreshing".
Step one : Email us!
After having looked at our site, our gallery and got a feel for what you're looking for, drop us an email with a rough guide of what you are looking for.
We'll need:

Rough size of the space you wish to have your wardrobes installed

The doors you like, colour, whether with decorative bars or not, a mirror in the middle, obviously the more detail the better we can accurately quote

Finally, what you want inside your wardrobes. Just hangers, hangers and shelves, hangers, shelves and drawers, the choice is all yours! We offer solid back to the wardrobes, or fix to your existing wall. Again, things to think about, but your advisor can discuss that when they come to see you.
Step two : Advisor visit
Upon receiving your email, one of our advisors will look it over, roughly price up what you have told us you are looking for, and let you know the Your Rooms price.
If the price is what you were thinking, or better, we can arrange for one of us to pop round to measure up properly, bring samples, and discuss your needs, requirements and get your order confirmed.
Step three : Fitting
Upon leaving your home, your advisor will draw up what you have discussed, have it checked by another advisor just in case there is anything your advisor has missed, for your security and ours.
The order will then go to our manufacturers to make the doors, the internals, and any other things you have coming in to your new wardrobe. At this point we will give you a rough fit date, to be confirmed within a few days.
When your new wardrobe arrives we will contact you, and see that the fitting day is still good with you.
When we come to fit we will always be courteous, clean and tidy. We have a hoover with us at all times, so will leave your home sporting new wardrobes, and clean as a whistle!
